REQUIREMENTS

Hy-Line North America is looking to have someone join our team as the Compliance Manager at our Warren, IN Location. In this role, you are responsible the primary function is to ensure that all locations remain current and fully compliant with Animal Welfare, Production, Safety, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements, including all associated documentation. This role works closely with the Location Manager, Hatchery Manager, Supervisors, and employees to promote and maintain compliance across all operational areas, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Candidates with bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field preferred, or three years of comparable professional experience in poultry production or management. Valid driver’s license required for daily travel to multiple farm locations around Warren. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, ability to maintain confidential information, high level of accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, including Word and Excel, and in house computer programs.
